Jemar Contracting

I’m in charge of roof maintenance for dozens of buildings, and we’re always looking for better ways to protect and seal our galvanized roofing. Five years ago we ran a test. We coated half of a 200,000 sq ft roof with the Conklin MR system. The other half got new corrugated sheet metal, sealed with a silicone coating. A year later, the silicone roof had six leaks and the Conklin roof had none.

Anybody who doubts whether a white roof makes a difference needs to stand on one on a 100-degree summer day. And then there’s the difference it makes inside. With our old dark roof, the air conditioners struggled and it got very hot in the shop. With our new white roof, our air conditioners are cycling and customers and employees have commented on how comfortable it is inside. Conklin’s cool roofing system really makes a difference!

Twelve years ago I built a four-plex rental unit. I wanted to apply a roofing system that I could install and never have to look at again. I chose Rapid Roof®. Since then, that roof has gone through a lot of hail storms and is still in great shape. Rapid Roof is fantastic.

Jemar Contracting provided wonderful service both in quality work and availability.  Along with 2 bathroom renovations and partial kitchen redo, I added an update to my dining room starting with crown molding and following through with additional ideas presented by my contractor, Jeffry Conrad. The result is a gorgeous space with interesting architecture and paint. even before the furniture was moved back in, I kept walking back into the room to flip on the light and revel in the new look.  I returned from the store to find my husband in the empty room marveling at the workmanship.  He said,”who knew it would make the whole house look new again”.  My husband is not a ‘noticer’ and rarely comments on changes, and my house was built in 1965!

Since we had a Grant associated with this job, it could have been a complicated ordeal but your organizational skills made the project a success. Of course, you and your team of employees were a pleasure to work with and your workmanship first-rate. You can also use choose between a ton of predefined skins as a starting point for your customization and with the help of color selectors for links, background image and color create a unique layout in a matter of seconds.
